Product Reservation
Reservation Process
When you make a reservation, you are placing a pre-order for the Harmony robot chef. Your reservation includes:
- A $20 reservation deposit (fully refundable until production begins, applied toward final purchase)
- Priority access to the Founder Edition
- Estimated delivery in Summer 2026 (subject to production timelines)
- Final product pricing confirmation before production
Pricing and Payment
- Reservation Deposit: $20 USD (fully refundable, applied toward final purchase)
- Estimated Retail Price: $1,499 USD (subject to change)
- Final Pricing: Confirmed before production begins
- Payment Methods: Major credit cards via Stripe
Delivery Timeline
Product delivery is estimated for Summer 2026. This timeline is subject to:
- Manufacturing readiness and capacity
- Regulatory approvals and certifications
- Supply chain and production factors
- Quality assurance and testing completion
Refund Policy
Reservation Deposit Refunds
Your $20 reservation deposit is fully refundable until we begin production of your unit. This deposit will be applied toward your final purchase price:
- Request refunds at any time before production begins
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- No refund fees or penalties
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation:
- Before we confirm final pricing and specifications
- If you disagree with final pricing when announced
- At any time before production begins
Product Specifications
The Harmony robot chef is currently in development. Final specifications, features, and design may differ from current descriptions and renders. We reserve the right to:
- Modify product features and specifications
- Update design elements and materials
- Enhance functionality based on testing
- Adjust pricing based on final specifications
Material changes will be communicated and you may cancel if unsatisfied.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use automated systems to access the Service
- Impersonate others or provide false information
